After paying, you will receive an email with our order confirmation.
After 24+ hours have passed, we will send you another email with your tracking numbers as soon as your products have been shipped.
Please note that in certain cases, our delivery times can be up to 30 days.
You can always track your order with your tracking number on our website.
You will receive your products usually between 7 - 30 days after purchase.

SHIPPING
How much is shipping?
This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to. Our standard US shipping cost is $6.95 for all purchases up to $49.99 (or unless you order a very large amount of weight).
Maybe you can find more products that your friends would also like.
If your check-out is more than $50.00, then we pay your shipping costs for you!
How do I track my package?
You can check on the status of your order at any time by going to the following link sent to you in your tracking email or clicking the tracking link Track Your Order in the menu bar on our website.
If you like to be informed quickly via Facebook Messenger, you can check this box in the checkout process as well.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
You will receive your products usually between 7 - 30 days after purchase.
This depends on the product ordered. It typically takes only a few days to get your product shipped out. Extremely popular products can cause a 1-2 week delay due to high demand. You’ll receive an email and tracking number when your order has shipped. If you're still not sure, just email us. We're happy to help.
I ordered more than two items, but only received one ... Where's my order?
Since we have a large assortment of products that are not stocked, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once …they are on the way.
You can always track your order with the provided tracking number.
You’ll receive an email and tracking number when your order has shipped. If you're still not sure, just email us. We're happy to help.

IF MY PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE

Once returned, we will refund or exchange your product as you like.
